It allows me to send you reminders in the form of text messages to your phone.

Follow the instructions below to add or drop this service from your phone:

1. Open a text message
2. Phone number = 23559
3. Text message = @WRASL1, @WRASL2, or @WRASL3
4. To discontinue text = Off @WRASL1, Off @WRASL2, or Off @WRASL3
